Website and Booking Terms
Effective October 7, 2026
These terms explain use of ASE Headquarters' website and service-request process. Any separate written project agreement, approved quote, or terms presented for a particular purchase govern that project where they differ. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Bookings and quotes
Provide accurate contact information and select the service and package you need. Studio sessions are offered 24/7 Eastern time, subject to availability, including sessions crossing midnight. Self Engineering is $40 per hour with a three-hour minimum; an ASE engineer is not included. The standard studio-with-engineer rate is $50 per hour with a three-hour minimum. Fixed-price bookings require a 50% deposit as shown at checkout. Custom work and packages that cannot fit a single session require an ASE quote. A draft, inquiry, or failed payment is not a confirmed paid booking; check the booking status and confirmation information.
Prices, changes, and refunds
Review the amount, service, date, and time before payment. Contact ASE promptly for cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or billing questions. The applicable written quote, purchase terms, and law determine the outcome. This website notice does not create a blanket nonrefundable-deposit rule, automatic cancellation fee, or authorization to charge additional amounts. Material scope changes and additional charges require agreement before proceeding.
Accounts and rewards
Keep credentials private and notify ASE about suspected unauthorized use. Staff and owner functions are restricted to authorized accounts. Creator accounts receive 100 welcome points and earn one point per whole dollar actually paid on eligible verified service payments, not unpaid balances or the value of discounts. Refunds reverse corresponding earned points. Redeem 250 points for $10, 500 for $25, or 1,000 for $60 toward an eligible online booking deposit, leaving at least $0.50 payable. The credit does not also reduce the remaining service balance. One reward may be selected per booking. Points are reserved while checkout is pending and returned when Stripe confirms that checkout expired or failed; successful payment completes redemption. Unused points expire after 90 days without a paid purchase or completed redemption. Signing in, inquiries, and unsuccessful checkouts do not extend that period. Existing balances receive a fresh 90-day grace period when this policy launches. Your account shows the deadline, balance, and history. Points are not cash. Contact ASE about discrepancies or refund-related credit questions.
Project materials and permissions
Only supply material you own or are authorized to use. Providing files for a project permits ASE to use them as reasonably needed to perform that agreed service; it is not a blanket transfer of ownership or permission to publish private work in a portfolio. Deliverables, revisions, licensing, release permissions, and storage expectations should be specified in the project agreement. Maintain independent copies of important files.
Studio and equipment
Follow the studio and equipment-care rules and staff safety instructions. Access to an item does not authorize removing, altering, or using it beyond the agreed session. Any claim about loss or damage must be reviewed on the facts, the applicable agreement, and the law; no automatic card charge or fixed damage penalty is created by these terms.
Appropriate website use
Do not impersonate another person, attempt to access another account, interfere with booking availability, submit fraudulent payments, upload malicious files, or misuse the site. ASE may restrict misuse while preserving applicable legal rights.
Assistant and third-party services
The mascot is an automated booking assistant, not a human employee or a source of legal, medical, or financial advice. Replies can be incomplete or mistaken. The catalog, checkout amount, confirmed booking record, and written ASE agreements control over an inconsistent chat answer. External services such as payment processing and calendar/email delivery can experience outages; contact ASE if an important action has not been confirmed.
